ROCHESTER - Passed away unexpectedly on April 1st 2021 at age 66. Predeceased by her parents, Jim & Freda Kelsey. Survived by her husband of 40 years, Bob McCurdy; siblings, Dave (Connie) Kelsey of Katy, TX., Jim (Marti) Kelsey, Bill (Carol) Conderman; several nieces, nephews, cousins & many close friends. Deb was a former owner of the Pilot House Restaurant in Spencerport.
