Spencerport- Dolores S. Goodman, 89, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019.
Dolores was born Freeland, PA, on June 9, 1930 to the late Joseph and Margaret Spor. On September 9, 1950 Dolores married the late Herbert Goodman. They were married for over 50 years, and together they raised six children. Along with being a loving and caring homemaker, Dolores also worked outside the home for over 30 years.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Herbert, her sister, Anna Raines, and her great-grandson, Lander Peters.
She is survived by her children, Cindy (Jim) Combs, Diane Lozier, Teri Peters, Joe (Bernadette) Goodman, Michele Ropp, and John Goodman, her 11 grandchildren, and her 11 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626 on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, from 4:30pm-6:30pm, with a service to immediately follow.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Dolores's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105
