Dolores "Dodie" Latoy (Incardona)
Dolores "Dodie" Latoy passed away peacefully at the age of 85 on Friday, March 17th 2023 after a courageous battle with ALS. When many would have broken, Dodie stayed strong. The daughter of Frank and Antionette Incardona. Dodie was born in Rochester in 1938 and was a lifelong resident. She graduated from East High School in 1956 and married her high school sweetheart Paul. They were approaching their 65th Anniversary this year.
Dolores was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sibling and friend. She will be remembered by her compassion and love she gave and shared with her family and friends. She was always there for anyone in need. Her passion in life was her family.
Dolores is survived by her husband, Paul, her 3 children, Darleen (Fred) Ledtke, Gary (Gloria) Latoy, and Donna (Kim) Latoy, 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, her sisters Mary Ann Incardona Pallifrone, Joyce Rhoda, brothers Frank Incardona and Alan Incardona and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, brother Donald Incardona and granddaughter Katelyn Gurgel.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering on Sunday March 26th from 1-4PM at 2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626.
Mass Service and burial will be Monday, March 27th at St. John's Spencerport Church at 10:30AM. Private interment at St. John's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Golisano Children's Hospital in Dolores' memory.
