Rochester: Saturday, May 31, 2008 at age 85. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy (Whyte) Delaney; children, Deanna Delaney, Duane (Kim) Delaney and James Robinson; grandchildren, Jacquie, Jennifer, Ashley, Eric, Eugene, Marcus, and Heather; great-grand-children, A'Mandre and Nyasia; sisters, Helen Morrison, and Jessie Wackerman; brothers, James "Bud" of OR and Lynn Delaney; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Donald was a retiree of Davenport Machine Tools.
Family & friends may call Tuesday 5-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where his Funeral Service will follow the calling hours at 8 PM. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1400 Winton Road N., Rochester, New York 14609 in his memory.
