Gates: Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Thursday March 21st at age 71. Predeceased by his parents, Samuel & Ann; brothers, Samuel & Thomas. Survived by his children, Kim Youngs, Robert (Kristin) Baliva, Marcus (Carrie) Baliva; grandchildren, Nicole, Tyler, Adam, Dominic, Gabriella; former daughter-in-law, Amy.
