Brockport: Passed away peacefully, Friday, May 15, 2009, at age 76, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Mary Ann; children, Kim (Chuck) Peashey, Lori Uderitz-Zeno, Donald (Julie), Vicki (Todd) Brew. He was the proud grandfather of Adam (Christina), Jaimi, Zachary, Zoë, Tyler James, Tyler Andrew, Casi, Bailey, Sydney, Colby, Tanner; great-grandson, Donovan. He is also survived by his Aunt Clara and sister, Diane; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Donald was a past member of 40 & 8 Club, Brockport Rotary, color guard & drum & bugle instructor and judge.
He will always be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and and "enthusiastic" sports fan.
The family will receive friends Sunday, 4-7 PM and Monday, 5-9 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, May 19, at 10AM, at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 152 Main St., Brockport. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Assoc.
