Predeceased by her father, Albert Cosmano.
She is survived by her loving husband, Matthew Avery; daughters, Carly Avery & Haley Avery; mother, Patricia Cosmano; sisters, Sandy (Ed) Sturm, Cheri (Jimmy) Cosmano, Diane (Mike) Rinas, Debbie (Marty) Moore; brother-in-law, Charles Avery; sister-in-law, Amber Avery; nieces & nephews, Nicole (Jake), Zachery, Tara, David, Justin, Jenna (Raf), Julia Avery & Kathryn Avery; many cousins & dear friends.
Family will receive friends 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Sunday, June 6, 2021 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
Donna & her father Albert's Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 AM Monday, June 7, 2021 at St. Pius X Church, 3010 Chili Ave.
