Pastorella, Doris M. (Bumpus)
Rochester: Passed Friday, July 23, 2010 at age 80 after a long struggle with COPD. Predeceased by her husband, Anthony "Tony" Pastorella; grandson, Anthony M. Pastorella; sister, Iris Couglar, Plattsburgh, NY; brother, Carl Bumpus; nieces, Melody Leonardi and April Tremblay. She is survived by her loving daughter, Doreen M. (Frank) Nadz; son, Richard A. Pastorella; grandson, Frank J. (Jessica Hamza) Nadz of Orcutt, CA; special nieces, Candi McKeon of Plattsburgh, NY and Karen (Steve) West; and also oth¬er nieces, nephews and friends.
Doris was very devoted to her family and will be dearly missed.
Family wishes to thank the 5th floor staff at St. Ann's Community especially, Robert James CNS, Brandi Garrett LPN, Cindy Schlaffer RN, Judy Lapple SW and Veronica Walker HHA and also thank you to Dr. David Lee at RGH for his much needed advice and time.
Family and friends may call Saturday, July 31st, 7-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd, where her Funeral Service will follow at 8 PM. Private Interment. Donations can be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm as she loved animals (99 Victor Road, Fairport, New York 14450).
