Greece: March 31, 2008 at age 64 after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by sister, Mary Mongelli and niece, Mary Ruffino. She is survived by her daughter, Dee Ann (Michael Swan) Lombardo; twin sister, Dolores (Richard) Cognata; brother, John (Patty) Hertzel; special niece, Diane Henry; several other nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Dr. Woodlock and staff at St. Mary's Oncology and Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center for the care given to Dorothy.
Family and friends may attend calling 4-8PM Wednesday at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:45 AM Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Holy Ghost Church, 250 Coldwater Rd., Rochester. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
