Dorothy Anderson

Passed peacefully in her sleep July 12, 2024 at the age of 96.

Predeceased by her husband, Donald Anderson & sister, Betty Jean Farley Hoover.

Survived by sons, Ted (Jo Ann) Anderson & Rodney (Sandra) Anderson; grandchildren, Heather Anderson, Sheila (Jeffery) Rudy, David Anderson, Thomas Anderson, & Valerie (Dakota Berthold) Anderson; great grandchildren, Emma Leigh, Ella Mae, & Charlotte Mae; & many nieces, nephews, other family, & friends.

Dorothy worked for the City School District as a cafeteria worker, for many years. She loved animals and had many dogs over the years. She loved going to her cottage on East Bay for over 60 years. She was a truly kind & beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, & friend.

Calling hours will be Tuesday July 16, 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. Burial service will be private at White Haven Memorial Park.
