Rochester: Passed away peacefully on Mother's Day at age 98. She is predeceased by her husband, Robert and her 2 grandsons, Mark and David Brownyard. Survived by children, Robert H. (Wanda) Kalb Jr., Richard E. (fiancee Wanda Godwin) Kalb, Joanne (Robert) Brownyard and Patricia (George) Behrens; 19 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephew. Dorothy was a member of the Catholic Women's Club.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of 2 South at St. John's Home for the extraordinary care they gave Dorothy during her stay.
The family will receive friends Thursday, May 14th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 AM at St. Boniface Church, 330 Gregory St. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Boniface Benefactors Fund, 330 Gregory St., Rochester, NY 14620 or to St. John's Home, 150 Highland Ave., Rochester, NY 14620.
