Rochester: Friday, November 27, 2009, at age 92. Predeceased by her husband, Emanuel Ferro and son Manuel Ferro. She is survived by her daughter, Francine O'Connor; sons, Samuel (Sharon) Ferro and Charles (Michele) Ferro; grandchildren, Manny and Jamie Ferro, Jennifer (Bill) Davis, Andrea, Michael and Elizabeth Ferro, Rachel Ferro; great grandchildren, Dominic and Devin Davis, Kayla Rose Ferro; several nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by her brother, Joseph (Rose) Loray; sisters, Daisy (Tony) Fonte, Patricia Bruno, Josephine (Charles) Raymond, Mary (Caesar) DeLorenzo and Jennie (John) Desanto.
Family wishes to extend a special thank you to all the staff at the Shire at Culverton for their loving care.
No prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her Funeral Mass Tuesday, December 1st, 11:30 AM at St. Mark's Church, 54 Kuhn Rd. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 1400 Winton Road North, Rochester, NY 14609 in Dorothy's memory.
