He is predeceased by his father, Luis Moure. He is survived by his mother, Rosalina Ortega, sister, Betsy Moure, brothers, Luis and Frankie Moure along with nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends from 3PM - 6PM, followed by a service at 6PM on Saturday February 11th, 2017 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue Rochester NY 14626.
Contributions may be made to the Leo Center for Caring, 1500 Portland Ave, Rochester NY 1462.
