Passed peacefully August 12, 2023 at the age of 93.
Predeceased by siblings, George (Marion), Virginia (Charles) Post, & Miller.
Survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Patricia; children, Laurie (John) Fromm, Steve (Joanne), Michael (Rebecca), David (Patricia), Thomas (Sandy), & Emi (Ginny); 13 grandchildren & 14 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other family, & friends.
Bob was a loving & devoted husband, father, grandfather, & great grandfather. He was very proud of his children's lives & achievements. He was very active in all of their lives, becoming a scout leader, sports coach, & many other roles. Bob was very active in supporting his community, serving on school boards, church boards, & being active in community events. He was an avid sailor, camper, fisherman, & golfer.
Bob was a proud engineer at Xerox, where he retired in 1986. He also received the Xerox Presidential Award for Excellence, for his accomplishments with the company.
Bob also served in the Army National Guard & Air Force National Guard during the Korean War.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday August 20, 3pm at Greece United Methodist Church, 1924 Maiden Ln, Rochester, NY 14626.
In lieu of flowers please donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Lollypop Farms Humane Society of Greater Rochester.
