Greece: Thursday, October 7, 2010 at age 87. Predeceased by his brother, Eugene Rogers. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Ruth (Gordier) Rogers; children, Paula Vargas and David (Dolores) Rogers of Syracuse, NY; 4 grandsons, Cajeme (Desiree) Vargas, Jacob (Teresa) Rogers, Adam (Nicole) Rogers and Benjamin (Andrea) Rogers; 12 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Isabel Rogers; 1 niece; and 3 nephews.

Earl was a WWII Army Veteran, retiree of the Eastman Kodak Company and did volunteer work for Meals on Wheels and The Catholic Fam-ily Center.

Family and friends may call Monday, October 11th 12 Noon - 1 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where his Funeral Service will follow the calling hours at 1 PM. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice in Earl's memory.
