She is survived by her sons, Michael (Joanne), Daniel (Diane) and Eric (Nancy) Culp; daughter, Janell (Robert) Zawacki; step-daughter, Donna (Peter) Henry; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Lewis; sisters-in-law, Florence Lewis and Beverly Lewis; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers, Kenneth, Francis, Everett, Donald and Charles Lewis.
No prior calling hours. Private Service and Interment.
