Maxine was a dedicated entrepreneur, running a successful catering business that reflected her passion for cooking and bringing people together. Her culinary skills were matched only by her warm personality, making her a cherished figure among friends and family alike. Known for her humor and energy, Maxine had a unique ability to light up any room and make those around her feel special. Maxine was known for her love of classic television shows, particularly "Murder She Wrote," "Bewitched," and "Beverly Hills Cop." She found joy in simple pleasures, often indulging in candy and chewing gum while cozily watching her favorite programs and movies, including "Naked and Afraid" and any film starring Steven Seagal

A devout Christian, Maxine lived by her motto, "One more day, Lord, one more day," which reflected her gratitude for life and the love she spread to those around her.
