Churchville: Passed peacefully surrounded by loving family on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at age 84. Predeceased by son, Steven McManus and daughter, Letitia Goodwin.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Vivian (Angevine); children, Thomas (Nancy), Richard (Ann Marie), Eileen Weber, Pamela (Kurt) Roesner, Amy Scobell; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins; close friend, Thomas (Jane) Garling; and many friends in North Myrtle Beach.
Ed was a member of the American Legion Honor Guard and the 40 & 8. He was a past Commander
of the Churchville American Legion Post #954 and also a Hospitality Usher at Church.
Family will receive friends 4-8PM Thursday, April 20, 2017 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30AM Friday at St. Christopher's Church, 3350 Union St., N. Chili, NY 14514. Interment, St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery. Donations in Ed's memory may be directed to the Church.
