A certified golf course superintendent, he was a proud member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association for 47 years and responsible for the construction of many golf courses. He was past president of the Finger Lakes Association of Golf Course Superintendents. Eddie was a member of the VFW Post #2890 Brockport, NY, the 4th degree Knights of Columbus Member Council 11374, and the Greece Tree Council. Eddie was also a scout master at St. John's Boy Scout Troop #138. Eddie told millions of jokes-- some of them funny.
