GREECE- Elaine J. Sampson, 94, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 surrounded by the love of her family.
Elaine was born in Rochester, NY on September 7, 1928. She was the beloved wife to the late Robert L. Sampson until his passing in 1983. Together they raised four daughters. She was a loyal employee to Wegmans for over 20 years. She will be remembered for her love of music and going to the philharmonic and the movies with her friends. Her passion in life was her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her husband, Robert, and her daughter, Sandra Burns.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen (Gary) Renz, Janet (Bryan) Gears, and Nancy Searl, her son-in-law, Dennis Burns, her grandchildren, Ryan, Lyndsay, Kevin, Eric, Scott, and Sam, and her great-grandchildren, Amelia, Liam, Nolan, Juliet, and Jericho.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
