GREECE – Passed quietly at home on August 11, 2020 after 79 years.
Eleanor was predeceased by her husband, Nicholas Giannone, Jr.; infant daughter, Gina Marie; parents, Salvatore and Angelina Coco; brothers Frank (Mary), Louis (Mary), Anthony (Madelyn), Joseph (Geraldine), Santo (Grace), August (Monica), John (Mary), William (Alice) and Samuel (Violet); Sisters, Mary (Joseph) Tribotti, Lee (Michael) Caternolo, Josephine (James) Deni and sister-in-law, Domenica Martone.
She is survived by her sons, Nicholas J. Giannone and Joel Giannone, daughter, Jenna (Robert) Johnson; her sisters, Angelina (Michael) Charles and Roseann Coco; brother Steven (Nora) Coco; nieces, Gail (Bud) Skennion, Diane (Steve) Grabowski and Christine Coco; and nephews, Michael Marchese and Jeff (Kelly) Cardinal.
Ellie contently lived her life's dream of having a husband to adore, children to nurture and a family to love, unconditionally. She even managed to hit a few fairways and make some dear friends along the way.
Friends are invited to join the family on Wednesday, August 19th, 2020 at 12 noon in the Christ Our Light Mausoleum at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery for Committal Prayers and Entombment. In lieu of flowers, any memorial contributions may kindly be made to our friends at the scottspinofoundation.org.
