Irondequoit: As they lived together, they passed together. After 60 years of marriage, Bette passed Saturday, March 8, 2008 at age 86 and Ralph on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at age 91. They are survived by their daughter, Bonnie Jo (Dale) Mendenhall and grandson, Michael and his fiancee Krystel Anderson; and by loving nieces, nephews and wonderful family and friends.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the entire staff of RGH, Lifetime Care and ILS.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 13th (TODAY ONLY) from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Their Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 AM at St. Cecelia Church, 2732 Culver Road. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Lifetime Care Hospice of Rochester, 3111 Winton Road South, Rochester, NY 14623 in their memory.
