Gates: December 20, 2009, at age 80. Predeceased by her husband, Thomas; parents, Catherine and Thomas; sisters, Mamie, Isa; brother, Albert; brother-in-law, George; niece, Marlene. She is survived by her children, Catherine (John) DeFazio, Thomas (Denise), Francis (Barbara), Elizabeth (Darryl) DeFazio; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; siblings, Mattie Campbell, Rita (James) Anderson, Chrissie Raetz, May (Chuck) Whitmore, Ina (Ralph) Thielman; sister-in-law, Lorraine McElroy; many nieces and nephews; Auntie Chrissie and Auntie Sadie; cousins and friends.
Family and friends may attend calling hours Wednesday, 11 AM - 1 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., followed by a service at 1 PM. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
