He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Patricia; children, Edward (Donna) Corter, Diana (Hunter) Oberer and David Corter; grandchildren, Eddie, Jason, Danielle (Ed), Michael, Melissa and Gavin; many great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Damore and Eleanor Pata; brothers, Albert (Maryann) and Frank Corter; many nieces, nephews and friends. Elwood was a US Navy Veteran and a retiree of McCurdy's.
Family and friends may call Tuesday 4-7 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue where his Funeral Service will follow at 7 PM. Private interment.
