Eric Stephen Krupnick

Eric Krupnick, 55, passed away January 25, 2022 in Virginia Beach, VA. Eric, a native of Webster, NY, graduated from Webster High School in 1985.
Left to cherish Eric's memory and kind soul are his parents, Frederick and Donna Krupnick of Virginia Beach; his sisters, Tracy Krupnick Urquiaga (Carlos) of Greenwich, CT and Stephanie Krupnick Schnittger (David) of Virginia Beach; his brother, Matthew Krupnick (Marcie), of Liberty Township, OH; and his six nieces and four nephews.
A graduate of New York City's French Culinary Institute, Eric finished top of his class, and became the executive chef of the acclaimed La Crémaillère Restaurant in Bedford, New York while putting down roots in Greenwich, Connecticut. His passion for cooking made him a local favorite in the cooking scene for over a decade. Eric was a rock music fan and enthusiast and amassed an enviable guitar collection. He enjoyed many Super Bowl wins by his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.
Family and friends may call 9-11 am Saturday February 12, 2022 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. (next to Donut's Delight). Funeral services will follow visitation at 11 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 4560 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
