Rochester: Monday, December 8, 2008 at age 69. Predeceased by her husband, Francis C. Higgins. She is survived by her loving children, Guy H. (Laurie) Higgins, Lauri A. Cason and Scott R. Higgins; grandchildren, Guy F. Higgins and Nicole E. Cason; great-grandchildren, Alicia, Jack and Jonathan; and all her special friends at the Housing Council and at Valicias.
Family and friends may call Thursday 7-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue where her Funeral Service will follow at 8 PM. Private Interment. Memorial contributions may be made to Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Dr., Suite 105, Danvers, MA 01923 in Evelyn's memory.
