Fannie Decaro
July 10, 1922 — April 29, 2017
Greece: Went home to be with the Lord Saturday, April 29, 2017 at age 94. Predeceased by her twin sister, Lucy (Anthony) Pennella; brother, Sam (Angie) Caprarella; granddaughter, Sheri Ann Trapani.
She is survived by her beloved and devoted husband of 75 years, Sam; her daughters, Jeanne (Sam) Trapani, Judi O'Brien, Rosemary (Bernard) Fox, Susan (David) Baker; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Fannie touched so many lives with her kind and gentle spirit. She thrived on serving others and was loved by all who knew her. Special thanks for the loving care that she received at Latta Road Nursing Home.
Family will receive friends 3:30-7:30 PM Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30 AM Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Road. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Donations in Fannie's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
