Faye Johnson

Faye "Peachie" Johnson entered Grace and Peace surrounded by family and friends on October 30, 2023 at the age of 71.

Our mother was born in Rochester, NY on May 7, 1952. She attended & graduated from Franklin high school. She had two kids but truthfully had a million. She loved nursing, did that for over 20 years. It was her passion of love for others. She would give you anything if she had it. She loved her family and friends, cooking, talking & going to the casino. Her last words to us all would be grace & peace, give him the glory & the praise. Amen, amen.

Predeceased by her mother, Mable Kennedy; father, Carter Beaman; brother, Stanley Johnson, Paul Johnson, Wade Postell; sisters, Harriett Miller & Paula Johnson; grandsons, Wallace Fennell III & Jeremiah Fennell; granddaughter, Chryia Floyd; & niece, Cathy Gissendanner.

Survived by her sons, Wallace (Sarah) Fennell Jr. & Malcolm Garner; daughter, Linda (Derek) Floyd; sister, Donna (Carlton) Smith; partner, Jimmie Forman; grandchildren, Parisha Fennell, Tajhanna Fennell, Zaniyah Lofton, Nia Williams, Mia Mattle, Kayla Fennell, Oshi Floyd, Derek Floyd Jr., Raheem White; nieces & nephews, Regginald "Neph" Johnson, Victoria Johnson, Stanley Johnson Jr., Shon Miller, Jermain Johnson, Roger Reed, Joe Miller, Cindy Johnson, Carol Smith, Carlton Smith Jr.; also, a host of great-grandchildren, great & great- great nieces & nephews, extended family & friends.

Visitation will be Friday November 10, 2023 from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm.
