Born in Muro Lucano Basilicata, Italy and raised in Palermo, Sicily.
Predeceased by her husband, Noe. Parents, Filippo and Angelina. Siblings, Filippo, Nina Pio and Luigi.
Survived by her son Frank whom she lived with and was cared for the last years of her life.
Immigrated in 1955 and began working at Fashion Park as a seamstress. At home she had a passion for gardening, cultivating a vineyard, fruit trees and wine making. Florida and Italy were vacation favorites. The singing of Carlo Buti, Claudio Villa and Elvis gave her much enjoyment.
Finally, she was solid, no non-sense, dedicated and very wise. Key phrases that were often used were "do it with love and be strong". She poured all of her attention and love into her family and work.
No prior calling, services were held privately in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
