Rochester: Went home to her Lord, Friday, January 7, 2011 at age 76 with her family at her side. She is predeceased by her husband, Henry Norris, Jr. She is survived by her sons, John Eric Norris, Henry Norris III; daughters, Robin Coleman, Susan (Sean) Bennett, Yvonne Freeman; grandchildren, Wayne, Quarnisha, Michael, Tyler, Sidney, Cameron, Jordan, Justice, Janiyah, Nile, Memphis, Noah, Journey, Cairo, Suai, Logan; great-grandchildren, Aerone', Jaden; sisters, Myrtle (George) Coleman, Verleria Be'Ans; brothers, Leroy Hill, Herbert (Chinita) Hill Sr.; niece, Barbara (Dan) Fluellen; nephew, Donald Be'Ans; and many other nieces and nephews. Florece was former president of the Southwest Block Assoc., a Beautician for over 40 years, and was owner of the Norris Beauty Salon.
The family will receive friends Sunday, January 16th from 6-9 PM at the Jefferson Avenue S.D.A. Church, 309 Jefferson Ave., Rochester, NY 14611 where a Memorial Service will be held Monday, January 17th at 12 Noon. Private interment. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Rochester (Lifetime Care), 3111 Winton Rd. South, Rochester, NY 14623.
