Predeceased by her father, Edward F. Collins and mother, Mary Collins.
She is survived by her daughters, Catherine M. LaJuett (Glen Clarkson), Debbie Mayo and Tanya Surowy; son, Edward Surowy (Colleen Whitney); grandchildren, Elysia, Jeremy, Amber, Joseph and Jacob; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Edward (Patricia) Collins and Brian (Valerie) Collins; many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Monday, September 19, 2022 3PM-6PM, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, NY 14626. A service will immediately to follow at 6PM.
Contributions may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Research Center, 1305 York Avenue, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10021 in Florence's memory.
