Entered into rest peacefully Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018 at the age of 96.
Predeceased by his parents, Wanda & Thaddeus Czerniak; brothers Edward & Neil Czerniak.
Survived by his loving wife, Veronica Czerniak; daughters, Marta (Darrell) Moerch & Cecilia Schukar; grandsons, Kevin (Heuiseon) Mitchell, Brian (Allie) Peck, & Michael F. Schukar; great grandson, Sean Peck; brother-in- law, John Wroblewski; many dear nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Maggie & Eleanor.
Florian was a member of the Latin Mass Community, St. Stanislaus Church. He served his country in WWII. A special thank you to St. Ann's Staff for the tender care given to us.
A Requiem Mass will be held Saturday April 14, 11am at St Stanislaus Church, 1124 Hudson Ave., Rochester, entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider Masses for his soul or donations to St. Stanislaus in his memory.
