Wednesday, January 17th 2024 at the age of 89.
Predeceased by his wife Diane.
Survived by his children Michael (Carol) Hecky, David (Heather) Hecky; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; siblings, Carl (Dianne) Szlachtowski, and Joyce Nemchick; and other family and friends.
Frank was very proud of his Polish heritage; he and Diane enjoyed polka music and dancing. He was a machinist for Kodak and used his engineering skills for many additional projects. Frank dearly loved all of his grandchildren. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing; and being on the water. Frank loved dogs and cats, he and Diane had many beloved pets. In his later years, he enjoyed telling stories about his past.
Private burial will be held at Irondequoit Cemetery.
