Rochester: Born in Guayama, Puerto Rico. Passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at age 84. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Concepcion; sons Isidro (Carmen), Francisco, Jr. (Pinky); step-children, Ramon (Olga), Maria, Elena Melendez; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Cico was a retiree of Bausch & Lomb after 24 years of service.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 25 from 4-7 P.M. at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where Funeral Services will be held Friday at 10 AM. Interment Riverside Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society, Lakes Region, 1400 Winton Rd. N., Rochester, NY 14609.
