Rochester:
Passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer on February 24th, 2019 at the age of 75. Predeceased by his parents Anthony and Mary Coniglio. He is survived by his sister, Ann (Richard) Fuller; Nieces, Cathy (Paul) DeMeyer and Valerie (Wayne) Liegey, great-nephews and nieces, Jeffrey and Joseph, Nicole and Kimberly; good friends, Dan and Ann Marie Kuntz. Frank retired from Laborers Local 435 after 50+ years and was a life long Yankee fan. Family will receive friends on Sunday April 28th 2019 from 1PM - 3PM followed by a service at 3PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway ave, Rochester NY 14626.
