Rochester: Tuesday, September 21, 2010, age 85. Predeceased by his wife, Helen. Survived by loving daughter, Susan Miller Jay; brother, Gerald (Joanne) Miller; sister-in-law, Florence Taylor; nieces and nephews.
Frank was a past President of the Rochester Telephone Pioneers and a WWII Navy Veteran.
Per Frank's request there will be no service at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The School of the Holy Childhood, 100 Groton Parkway, Rochester, New York 14623 in Frank's memory
