Frank J. Kirk

September 14, 1962 — November 2, 2017

Rochester: Today I am heavy hearted as I share the news of our youngest brother, Frank's passing. He was 55 years of age. Frank had suffered some vascular issues in the past year and fought hard to recover from them. He succumbed to his illness November 2nd.
A few things you probably didn't know about our brother Frank.
He was a friend of Bill W. for 24 years. (AA for those of you who haven't dealt with recovery.)
He was a proud serviceman in the Marine Corps.
He had college degrees in criminal justice, police science, visual communications in photography & television . He was on the deans list.
He was nominated into the Millennium Honor Roll of the National Rifle Association.
He started his own company Jaguar Processing. He was a certified private investigator, process server, and commercial inspector.
The thought of ever working for anyone else again? Not an option!
He loved to play his electric guitar, (which he self taught )and jamming with AC/DC ...
He was a great fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Baltimore Orioles.
He could recall sports stats with great accuracy.
He loved to read.
When he was younger he decided to take up body building and was an original member of Samson's Gym on the corner of Lyell Ave and Myrtle St. Our good friend "the Rock" Jim Rockwell always looked out for him.
He joined the Marines ( because it was the toughest branch of military and our Dad was a Marine.)
Not too shabby for the smallest kid on the block. Frank truly lived by "Once A Marine Always A Marine!"
He lived his life on his terms. He was a proud man. Hated to ask for help...He was a loner....He loved to talk..... with everyone....
We loved our brother. He was a kind man with a heart of gold. He had a great laugh. He loved to be around his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He was a jokester.
He loved animals and when he found 3 stray kittens (Fritz, Shultz and Sarge) he adopted them all ... because siblings couldn't be separated! He loved "his boys".
He was loved. He will be missed.
Frank was pre-deceased by our parents John J. Kirk &
Shirley A. (Murtagh) Kirk,

beloved cousin Karen E. Biegas .
