He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Loretta (DeSisti); daughters, Barbara (Dom) Mittiga and Frances Tadaro; grandchildren, Greg (Gloria) and Jean Tadaro, Tracy (Douglas) Tadaro-Ott, Theresa (Mark) Banfield; great-grandchildren, Jason, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Frances, Seth and Jordan; several nieces and nephews. He was a WW II Army Veteran; member of Fraternal Order of Eagles and American Legion Post #98.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours 4-8 PM Thursday at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. His Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 AM, Friday at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Rd. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery. Memorial may be directed to Veteran's Outreach Center, 758 South Ave., Rochester, NY 14620.
