Pittsford, NY- Passed away on November 19, 2021 at the age of 86.
Born in Buffalo to the late Frank & Agnes Polak.
He is survived by his children, Karen Howard & Michael Polak; 5 grandchildren; sister, Theresa (Joe) Dombrowski; niece, Diane Spencer; nephew, Daniel Dombrowski; cousins.
Frank graduated from South Park High School, Buffalo NY in 1953. He went on to Antioch College in Ohio, graduating with honors in Electrical Engineering in 1958. Worked for Eastman Kodak in Rochester form 1964 until he retired in the early 1990's. His last assignment was working in the Kodak Apparatus Division.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
