Frank served his country as a Korean War Veteran, and his community as a Policeman for the City of Rochester. He had a great sense of humor and appreciation of comedy, Jazz and history. He worked hard, prioritizing education, travels and adventure for his family. With his wife, Evelyn, he spent many winters in Naples, Florida. Our father was loyal, honest, genuine and kind. His work ethic, integrity and devotion to his family were evident, and impacted those who knew him. He will be greatly missed, as he continues to influence us. We envision him going for nice long drives with his dog, Calamity, by his side.
