Frank was born in Perry, NY on February 21, 1950.
Frank is predeceased by his parents and siblings.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathy, his two daughters, Nicki (Jim) LiVecchi, and Danielle (Eric Sprout) Silfies, his grandchildren, Samuel, Molly, Jordan, and Dawson, and his great-grandchildren, Twyla, and Giovanni, his in-laws, LouAnn (Jim) Warren, and Rick Collins, his beloved cat, Molly, and a host of family and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626, on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 4:00pm-7:00pm, with a service to immediately follow.
