He is survived by his loving wife, Diane; son, Ashley Pepper of CA; daughter and son-in-law, Penney & Charlie Pepper-Uhl of CA; mother-in-law, Mary Ras; sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, Donna & Jack Hayes and William Ras; nieces, Lisa Holbrook & Karen (James) Segala; grand-niece & grand-nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call Thursday, 6-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Private Service and Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chili Volunteer Ambulance Service, 3231 Chili Avenue, Rochester, New York 14624 in Pepper's memory.
