Frankie Edward Spencer

Frankie Edward Spencer was born on December 26, 1955 in the town of Murray and was called home on September 5, 2023 in Clifton Springs, NY.
Frankie was predeceased by his mother Frances Elizabeth Dodson and his father Wallace Edward Spencer, his three brothers Wallace Spencer Jr., Wayne D. Spencer, and Dennis Spencer and one sister Brenda Spencer. Frankie is survived by two sisters Linda (Dave) Spencer-Graham and Elizabeth Delano and one special sister-in-law Carolyn Spencer.
Frankie married Felisha Townsend January 18, 1976. This union brought five children, Anitra Spencer, Elisha Spencer, Frankie (Christine) Spencer, Edwin (Jessica) Spencer and Tonisha (Luis) Cruz. He gained three bonus children. He has eleven grandchildren, nine bonus grandchildren and one bonus great grandchild. He has a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Frankie went to #14 school. He dropped out of school in the 6th grade to help take care of and watch over his family. He worked at the Jewish Home, Fairport Central Landscaping and did farm work. Frankie had his own business called Spencer's Home Remodeling.
Frankie was baptized at the True Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in 1977. He loved music, his family, drawing and working with his hands. He loved to dance with his children and grandchildren. He played the drums and guitar. Frankie was a great father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He will be greatly missed.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, September 13th from 10-12pm with a service to follow at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, 2650 Lake Avenue.
