Rochester - Passed away peacefully on April 20, 2020 at the age of 96.
Predeceased by her parents, Frank & Mandy Seay; 4 brothers & 2 sisters; son, Clyde Best Jr.; daughter, Martha Jean Tillman; granddaughter, LaShanna Jenkins.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Reverend Albert Tillman, Jr.; children, Michele Duncan, Albert Louis Tillman, Christopher (Gladys) Tillman Sr., & Ramona (Isaac) Sanders; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Please check back website for details.
