Butch was born on January 3, 1963 to Frederick and Genevieve Willsey in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Butch is predeceased by his wife, Lori Willsey, his father, Frederick C. Willsey Sr., and his brother, Dave Willsey.
Butch is survived by his mother, Genevieve Willsey, his sons, Paul and Ray Fradella, his siblings, Betsy Sommer, and James Willsey, and his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Willsey, Brittany Willsey, Kyle Sommer, and David Willsey.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N Main St, Syracuse, NY 13212, on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 4pm-7pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home, on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 10am. Burial to follow.
