Rochester - Passed away on July 15, 2023 at the age of 85.
Predeceased by his parents, Walter & Arlene Gertrude Young; brother, Donald Young; granddaughter, Jodie Proper; nephew-in-law, William McMahon.
He is survived by his wife, Debra; children, Walter (Renee), Karen (Thomas) Michels, Joan (Todd Samolis) Proper, & Kasandra (Collin) Farmer; grandchildren, Elizabeth & Matthew Young, Jesse & Jillian Proper; nephew, Donald Young.
Family will receive friends 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm Thursday, July 20, 2023 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, where his Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, July 21, 2023.
Interment 11:00 AM Monday July 24, 2023 at Western NY National Cemetery, 1254 Indian Falls Road.
