Predeceased by his Brother; Peter Colombo
Survived by his wife; Marie, Son: Peter (Amy) Colombo, Brother Jimmy, Anthony Colombo, Sister in laws: Madelyn Harter, Toni (Rob) Vandenbergh, Grandchildren; Alex, Nick, Gabriella, Nieces and nephews; Rick, Cindy, Katie,Brian. His best friends; Stevie, Fino, Rey Rey, and the remainder of his RFD Brothers.
Gary will always be remembered as a funny, smart, kind and generous loving man. He would give the shirt off his back for anyone in need and always lend a helping hand. Gary will be sadly missed by all that knew him. His legacy will live on forever in our hearts.
Family will receive friends 4-9pm Wednesday March 28, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (corner of Long Pond Rd.)
A memorial service and tribute will be held 11am Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Chapel of Peace at Riverside Cemetery, 2650 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 20 P.O. Box 12580, Rochester, NY 14612.
