George was called home to be with the lord on Tuesday July 30, 2019 at the age of 84.
Predeceased by his wife, Doris Wahl Hogestyn & son, Larry Hogestyn.
He is survived by his companion, Linda Byron; children, Jini (Dave) Deisinger & Judy (Mark) Heberger; daughter-in-law, Pamela Hogestyn; grandchildren, Laramie (Adam) Rich, Brandi (Riley) Ryan, Kelsie (Nick) Parlet, Kurt Deisinger, Brett (Beth) Deisinger, Daniel Hogestyn, David Hogestyn, & Jonathan (Jessica) Hogestyn; & 9 great-grandchildren; sister Gloria TeeBoon; & many other family & friends.
Visitation will be Friday August 2, 2019 10-12pm with service immediately following at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. Burial at White Haven Memorial Park following service.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be designated to Hildebrandt Hospice 2652 Ridgeway 14626.
