Peacefully, Saturday, September 9, 2006, on her 89th birthday. Predeceased by her husband, Francis; brother, John Bauer; She is survived by her children, Carol (Bill) Sharpe, Richard F. (Connie) Newman and Robert J. (Bev) Newman; sister, Marie Bauer; brother, Richard (Julie) Bauer; grandchildren, Scott, Gary, Gregory, Kevin, Karen, Christine, Carrie, Holly, Elisabeth and Susanne; along with 16 great-grandchildren. Geraldine will always be remembered as a loving and caring mother, grandmother & great-grandmother.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 12, from 4-8 PM at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM in Spiritus Christi Church, 121 N. Fitzhugh St. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Spiritus Christi Outreach Program, 121 N. Fitzhugh St., Rochester, NY 14614.
