Spencerport: Thursday, September 13, 2007 at age 83 after a long illness. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Lucille (Bailey); sons, Carl Sr. (Delores), Ronald (Theresa) and Samuel (Edith) Scarpulla; 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great granddaughters; brothers, Frank, John, Victor (Angie) Scarpulla; sisters-in-law, Jean (Lawrence) Ferry, Evelyn Bailey and Florence Bailey; many nieces, nephews.
Family and friends may call Friday 7-9 at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where his Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 9:30AM. Interment in Furnaceville Cemetery, Ontario, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family in George's memory.
